Whether just starting out as a runner, running as part of your fitness regimen or preparing for a race, having a program and training support will make the journey more fun and fulfilling.

Wherever appropriate we will try to combine the program with Gone Running group training sessions, enabling you to run with people of similar abilities and goals.

How does this work? First of all join the Gone Runners Running Club (.) This is a great way to get training support and opens up a whole range of benefits which will be a big help in your running.

Bob will then work with you through the Gone Runners Training Peaks Online training platform and work with you to tailor the programs to best suit your running needs. Depending on the type of support needed, you can choose a package that suits you.

Bob will have a 1 hour conversation free of charge as a starting point - the purpose of this to check make sure we have a chemistry that would enable us to work together

He will then work with you through the Gone Runners TrainingPeaks Online Training Platform and help tailor the programs to suit your needs. Depending on the type of support needed, you can choose a package that suits you.

TWO OPTIONS

OPTION 1. GET GOING! - 1 WEEK. A One Time Payment of HKD 500 for 1 week of support to discuss your training needs, establish some baselines and define your program. This includes tailoring the standard templates to suit your needs and getting you up and running on TrainingPeaks.

OPTION 2. HIT THAT GOAL! - ONGOING MONTHLY SUPPORT. A monthly fee of HKD650 includes the initial set up above and then ongoing communication on progress and adjustment as your training progresses. Your can expect around 1 hour per week of interaction on your program by phone and online through Whatsapp and for personalized advice during the Group Training runs. Simply pay for each month or get a discount for blocks of 3 or 6 months paid in advance. Discounts of 10% and 15% respectively.
